Drs. Quintin and Katie Sleigh are Chiropractors who focus on restoring the body to health naturally, by creating balance in the spine and nervous system. They educate the community on the importance of a wellness lifestyle, which includes a balanced nervous system, proper diet and exercise, and a healthy mental attitude. Their mission is to educate and empower as many people as possible to experience their optimal health potential. They speak regularly in the community on health, wellness, and safety topics. They have done workshops at multiple fire departments (Palatine, Wheeling, Mount Prospect, Lincolnshire Riverwoods, Coutryside, Prospect Heights, and Long Grove), park districts (Buffalo Grove, Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights, Schaumburg, and Palatine), nursing homes, and corporations.
Dr. Quintin Sleigh received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree and Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology from the fountainhead of chiropractic, Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and received the Diagnosis Certificate of Merit. Dr. Quintin also had the privilege of participating in an intern rotation at the Iowa City Veterans Hospital and an internship at Finnegan Family Chiropractic in Park Ridge, IL. Prior to attending Palmer, Dr. Quintin was a student at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
Dr. Quintin enjoys learning as much as he can about living a healthy lifestyle. He is dedicated to helping his patients not only through his adjustments, but also through his recommendations for healthy eating, stress relief, and proper exercise. Dr. Quintin hopes to motivate as many people as he can to make healthier choices so that they can experience more happiness, energy, and vitality throughout their lives.
Dr. Katie Sleigh also received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from the fountainhead of chiropractic, Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. She graduated as Valedictorian of her class and is a member of the Pi Tau Delta Chiropractic Honors Society. She received the President's Scholar Award, the Diagnosis Certificate of Merit, the Radiology Certificate of Merit, and completed the Clinical Academic Rotation Program. Dr. Katie also completed an internship at Robinson Family Chiropractic in Rolling Meadows, IL. Prior to attending Palmer, Dr. Katie graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor's degree in biology. She also competed as a Division I athlete on the swim team while completing her undergraduate degree.
Dr. Katie has completed her post graduate Webster Certification as well as the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association's Certification Program. She is passionate about providing excellent chiropractic care for pregnant women and children. Dr. Katie says, "I know that chiropractic care helped me tremendously when I was growing up, so I want to help as many kids as I can to grow up as healthy as I did."
Drs. Quintin and Katie have studied numerous safe and effective chiropractic adjusting and treatment techniques allowing them to serve people of all ages with a variety of conditions. Certain patients will respond better to certain techniques than others, and Drs. Quintin and Katie feel that it is important that they master multiple techniques to best serve the community. They express their passion for health daily and are committed to providing their patients with the most effective means of natural healing.
Drs. Quintin and Katie are a married team who live in Buffalo Grove and enjoy reading, exercising, going for walks, going to baseball games, cheering on their football teams, contributing to the community and spending time together with their daughters and dogs. They are active members in the Arlington Heights and Buffalo Grove Chambers of Commerce, and Buffalo Grove Rotary groups.
