She, along with her husband Dr. Quintin Sleigh, opened Sleigh Family Chiropractic over a decade ago. Since then, they have been providing exceptional chiropractic care for patients in the Arlington Heights, IL area.
Dr. Katie has been seeing a chiropractor since spending several nights in the hospital with an unexplained stomach ache when she was 10 years old. Chiropractic care has always been a vital part of her overall health and wellness.
“I know that chiropractic care helped me tremendously when I was growing up, so I want to help as many children as I can. I’d like them to grow up as healthy as I did.”
Dr. Katie’s Educational Achievements
Dr. Katie earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, the first and largest chiropractic school in the nation.
She graduated as valedictorian and is a member of the Pi Tau Delta Honor Society. She received the President’s Scholar Award, the Diagnosis Certificate of Merit, the Radiology Certificate of Merit, and completed the Clinical Academic Rotation Program.
Prior to attending Palmer College, Dr. Katie graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in biology where she competed as a Division I athlete on the swim team. She served her internship at Robinson Family Chiropractic in Rolling Meadows, IL.
Postgraduate Specialty
In addition, Dr. Katie Sleigh has completed her postgraduate Webster Certification as well as the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association certification program.
